Academic Disqualification
Student-athletes must maintain a cumulative G.P.A. of 2.0 or better to be eligible to participate in athletics
at Marin Catholic. Student-athletes who finish the Spring semester with a G.P.A. lower than 2.0 must enroll in
and pass the appropriate summer school courses to be eligible for the following Fall season of sport. While at
Marin Catholic, student-athletes are entitled to one appeal of ineligibility, and it must be made to the Assistant Principal
for Curriculum and Instruction no later than the eligibility date of that season. Please see the Parent-Student Handbook for Eligibility Dates.
