To meet the deadlines, all hours must be documented by the Christian Service Hours Form (click here for a form) and submitted to the Christian Service office by the deadline.

Consequences
for Failing to Meet These Deadlines
The Marin Catholic Administration Team has determined that if these deadlines
are not met, the student
will be put on Academic Disqualification (AD) until
the requirement for that deadline has been completed. (For a description
