Enrichment Workshops - Summer 2013

Course: Art Camp for Kids
Open to: Grades entering 4th-8th graders (Exceptions are welcome!) Space is limited, so register early!
Instructors: Ceramics with Mr. Jaeger and Drawing/Painting with Mr. Carpenter
Dates: July 8 – 18, Monday - Thursday
Times: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Cost: $600

Description:  Come experience Art at MC! Ceramics, drawing, and painting will be covered in this exciting camp. Students will learn to throw on the potter’s wheel, make sculpture, draw portraits, paint landscapes, and so much more!

 

Course: Advanced Ceramics Studio
Open to: Grades entering 9th-12th
Instructor: Mr. Jaeger
Dates: July 8 – 18, Monday - Thursday
Times: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Cost: $400

Description: This is an intensive ceramics workshop for any high school student interested in developing their skills and techniques over the summer. Enjoy 3 hours a day to really focus on your artwork! 

 

Course: Advanced Drawing/Painting Studio
Open to: Grades entering 9th-12th
Instructor: Mr. Carpenter
Dates: July 8 – 18, Monday - Thursday
Times: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon
Cost: $400

Description: This is an intensive drawing/painting workshop for any high school interested in developing their skills and techniques over the summer. Enjoy 3 hours a day to really focus on your artwork!
