Caitlin Mitchell

Caitlin Mitchell is the Co-Founder and CEO of EB Academics, an education company that helps thousands of middle school ELA teachers around the world expertly support their students while achieving their own work-life balance. Caitlin co-hosts the popular podcast Teaching Middle School ELA and the YouTube channel EB Academics for Middle School ELA Teachers, which offer advice and inspiration to educators. Along with her business partner, Jessica Cannata, she has authored an Amazon #1 best-selling book, The Empowered ELA Teacher. Caitlin holds a master's degree with a focus in curriculum development and secondary education. She has a wealth of experience in the field of education, having taught at the high school, middle school, and 5th grade levels for nearly a decade. Her dedication to teaching was recognized by the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, who awarded her Teacher of the Year.
