MC Community Knits Scarves for the Homeless this Holiday Season

MC faculty and staff spent their lunch breaks over the past couple weeks, knitting and crocheting scarves and hats for the homeless at St. Anthony's to stay warm this holiday season. This is the third year MC has participated in this project. The Marin Catholic community is involved with St. Anthony's in their Junior retreats which take place several times each school year. Students help, hands-on with serving food, organizing clothing and serve as companions to the elderly.

It is the hope that these hand-crafted scarves and hats will be a source of comfort to those in the community who need it most.
