MC Softball Wins Cloverdale Tournament
The Marin Catholic Softball Team completed a 3-0 weekend and captured the tournament win in Cloverdale.
The Marin Catholic Softball Team completed a 3-0 weekend and captured the tournament win in Cloverdale this past weekend (March 20th & 21st).
Julia Rabbitt led the way picking up two wins, including a complete game 3 hitter in the championship game versus Fortuna. A 3 to 1 victory for the Cats. Nicole Marino led the hitters with a double, triple, 2 RBI and a run scored
The weekend was also highlighted with back to back home runs by Izzy Incaviglia and Destiny Buckhanan in a comeback win versus Salesian on Friday. Buckhanan, who also played great defense all weekend, along with Rabbitt and Carly Slack were named "All Tournament".
