Wildcat Tennis Wins Opener

The Marin Catholic Tennis team defeated the Terra Linda Trojans 9-0 in MCAL play.
Cassidy played well, she had great points, she moved well and moved her opponent, and with her killer shots, left her opponent in the dust, she finished 6:0, 6:0.

Jackie played against a good player, they've also had good points, great shots, but Jackie kept the ball in the court longer/deeper, and won 6;1, 6:1.

Riley played against someone who would hit the ball forever, they've had long points until Riley decided that it's too hot for that type of game, she changed her game, started moving her forward/backwards, the points ended quicker with 6:1,6:1.

Mikaela had long points as well, but when she could, she hit a deeper ball, that made her opponent miss the next shot, good hold. Mikaela finished with 6:0, 6:0 win.

Claire bear played well, hitting deep shots, moving well, and keeping the ball in the court got her to win the first set  6:1. Second set was tougher, her opponent kept the ball longer and moved her more, but it didn't really help, Claire finished with 6:1, 6:3 win.

Daisy and Gabbie had a tough first set, they've started a bit slow, took them a while to get in the game, they've also played against a lefty who sliced the ball, and was crafty with her shots, but when time came they pulled it off, played to the other player, finished more balls at the net, and won 6:4, 6:2.

Britt and Isabelle played well together, and with the great combination of Isabelle's set up for Britt to finish the ball at the net,and vise versa, was perfect to win 6:1, 6:0.

Emma and Sophia didn't have much competition, with Emma's forehand, and Sophia's net, they won 6:0, 6:0. Great team work.

Last, but not least, Leila played her singles match, didn't have any problem or patients to keep the point long, she just finished the ball as fast as she could, moving her opponent from one place to the other, until she missed(2 shots). Leila won 6:1, 6:1.
