Meet Your 2015 Homecoming Princesses!

Meet your 2015 Homecoming Princesses! From academics to athletics, to faith to friendliness, these eight senior girls represent the best MC has to offer. Learn a little about them from their candid interviews below!

Natalie Galuszka is the ASB Vice President and has been a class council member for four years. She is a stellar athlete who has been on varsity swimming and water polo since freshman year and received the MCAL Player of the Year Award for womens' water polo as a junior. Natalie is involved in the Girls’ League and Cancer Awareness clubs.

Kate Graham is an ASB Activities Commissioner, has been on Link Crew and Class Council, and is involved in Girls’ League and California Scholarship Federation. By the time Kate completes her senior year, she will have twelve varsity letters for her participation in women’s water polo, basketball, and lacrosse - an all-time record for MC athletics! She is committed to the University of California, Davis for lacrosse.

Ashley Hill has participated in Roar Core, Class Councils, California Scholarship Federation, and National Honor Society throughout her years at MC. In addition, Ashley is also known for her bright smile and her prowess on the lacrosse field (she’s committed to University of Southern California!)

Lena Hymel started the Acapella Club, has been in every MC play for the last four years, and directed “A Very Potter Musical” last year with her friend Julie Torres. Lena also is an outstanding student and a leader on Senior Council, as well as being an all-around positive presence on campus.

Casey Mathews is on the womens’ varsity water polo and lacrosse teams and has been on Class Councils for three years. She participates in California Scholarship Federation, National Honor Society, and Cancer Awareness Club. Casey is also known for her preppy sense of style and her hilarious sense of humor.

Scout Polizotti has played Varsity basketball for all four years, been involved in California Scholarship Federation and National Honor Society, and been a Link Crew leader. She helps in the admissions office by giving tours to potential freshmen and running information sessions, and runs the Political Science Club with her friend Brandon Rowell.

Sarah Seltsam is known for her participation on Varsity Dance Team, being on Link crew and Class Council, and her exceptional sense of wildcat spirit. Sarah is also a Kairos leader and an intern for Campus Ministry.

 
Ayana Woodard is a Link Crew and Kairos Leader, as well a central member of the Multicultural Club and the Mock Trial team. But by far everyone's favorite talent of Ayana's is her dance skills, which she showcases at almost every rally when she "hits the whip."
