    Junior Retreat #1

    Theological Seminary in San Anselmo

    Homecoming Spirit Week

    • Monday (10/4): Liturgy Dress
    • Troy Tuesday (10/5) Students may dress in athletic apparel including sweatpants, athletic shorts, and school-appropriate t-shirts.  All shorts/skirts must be nor shorter than 3 inches from the knee.  Leggings, pajama bottoms, tank tops, and midriff shirts are not permitted. 
    • Woody's Roundup Western Wednesday (10/6)  Students may dress in a country/western theme.  Jeans must be in good repair (no rips or holes). Cowboy-style hats may be worn.  Skirts/shorts must be no shorter than 3 inches from the knee.  Sweatpants, athletic shorts, leggings, and pajama bottoms should not be worn. Tank tops and midriff shirts are not permitted.  
    • Teen Beach Thursday (10/7) Students may dress in Hawaiian theme.  Jeans must be in good repair (no rips or holes).  Skirts/shorts must be 3 inches from the knee. Swimming clothes, sweatpants, athletic shorts, leggings, and pajama bottoms should not be worn. Tank tops and midriff shirts are not permitted.
    • Class Color Day (10/8) Students may wear a t-shirt according to their class color: Freshman(Pink), Sophomore(Orange), Juniors(Green), Seniors(Red).     All School Mass: Feast of St. Francis

    Due to Covid protocols, we are not permitted to have guests attend the All School Mass on October 4. Thank you for your understanding. 

    Students are expected to wear full Liturgy Dress for the entire day on Monday, October 4.  The only approved outerwear during Mass are MC Block/Letterman jackets and Mills Classic Navy sweaters.  Sweatshirts and hoodies may be worn during the day over the Liturgy shirt but they are not permitted during Mass.

    Varsity Game: 2:00pm

    The MC Wildcats are playing San Rafael High School. The Varsity game begins at 2:00pm. During halftime of the Varsity football game, the Homecoming Princesses will be announced and the Homecoming Queen will be revealed. The Homecoming Queen will be crowned at the Homecoming Dance.

    Virtual College Forum for Seniors & Parents (Zoom)

    Counselors will be available in a group forum setting to discuss any questions parents may have regarding the college search, research, and application process, standardized testing (SAT/ACT), financial aid, College Application Workshop for Seniors, and upcoming deadlines.  Seniors are welcome to join.     Arts at MC: A Virtual Event

    Join Orin Carpenter, Art Department Chair, along with teachers from both the visual and performing arts departments to learn more about the MC art program, both academic and extracurricular.  MC students will also be there to give you their perspective and to talk about their experience in the arts.
