2024-2025 Tuition

The Marin Catholic Tuition for the academic year 2024-25 is $26,000 per student. In addition, an annual non-refundable fee of $1,600 is due at the time of registration. This fee includes required textbooks. Tuition payments may be made in one, two or ten monthly payments. Additionally, each year we ask parents to participate in the Annual Fund Drive through the Parent Pledge Program, a tax-deductible commitment. This pledge helps to bridge the gap between tuition and the actual cost to educate a Marin Catholic student. The hope is that all families provide pledges/donations of varying ranges and sums based on their comfort level. The goal is to achieve 100% participation in the program, so that the responsibility of helping to keep Marin Catholic financially strong will be shared as equitably as possible.

Tuition Payment Details:
  • All tuition payments are made through TADS (MC Tuition & Billing Management System).
  • A $1,600 non-refundable, annual fee is due at the time of registration for Marin Catholic students.
  • In early summer, registered families receive an email with a link to set up their TADS account and to make a decision regarding how they would like to pay their tuition (one, two or ten monthly payments).
  • The full balance of tuition must be paid by April of the current school year.

2024-2025 Financial Aid

Each year Marin Catholic commits over $2 million in tuition assistance and scholarships for students. Marin Catholic’s Financial Aid process consists of the following:
  • Tuition Assistance (funded by Marin Catholic’s Operating fund)
  • Scholarship Awards (made possible by individual donor scholarships and the General Scholarship Fund) For more information, please visit the Scholarships page on the MC website.
Both tuition assistance and scholarships are awarded based on need as demonstrated through the Financial Aid application process and awarded by the Marin Catholic Tuition Assistance and Scholarship Committee.

How to Apply for Financial Aid:
New Students
If a student is interested in being considered for financial aid, please indicate "yes" on the application for admissions. Families will then be sent specific instructions to create a TADS account, where they MUST fill out the Financial Aid application, in order to be considered for aid.

Returning Students
Please note that in order to be considered for financial aid annually, students must apply every year that they plan to attend Marin Catholic. Please access your TADS account to re-apply annually. A link to TADS can be found on the Resource Page in MC Connect.

IMPORTANT DATES

January 16, 2025 - Deadline for submission of TADS application and all required supporting materials directly to TADS.
 
On or before February 7, 2025 - Award letters will be emailed to all families of returning students who submitted timely and complete tuition assistance applications for continuing students.

March 21, 2025 - Award letters will be emailed to all families who submitted timely and complete tuition assistance applications for NEW students (same day as admissions notifications).
