Lauren Fox

Norte Dame University
Lauren Fox is the Program Director of ND Leadership Initiatives at the University of Notre Dame. She began this role in March 2018 and collaborates with the Inspired Leadership Initiative (ILI) team while also dedicating time to strategic projects determined by the University. Prior to this, Lauren served as the Program Director, Special Events & Stewardship inside the office of Development for six years. In this role, her responsibilities included developing standardized processes and professional development opportunities for colleagues, planning and executing events for executive officers, senior leaders, and benefactors to the University, and managing the experiences along the University’s 175 Anniversary Celebration - the Notre Dame Trail.

Previously, Lauren served as the Communications and Special Projects Coordinator for the Department of Theology. Before coming to Notre Dame, Lauren studied at the Franciscan University of Steubenville, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and completed her bachelor’s degree in General Studies, concentrating in Public Relations at Indiana University South Bend. She also spent time as an undergraduate studying abroad in Austria and traveling throughout Europe.

Lauren and her husband, Joel, are high school sweethearts and South Bend natives. They have three children Charlotte (4), Finn (2), and Stella (1). Their home parish is St. Pius X Catholic Church in Granger. The family enjoys spending time outdoors, collaborating on creative real estate ventures, and living liturgically.
