Cats Downed in MCAL Opener
The Wildcats led at half, but Drake pulled away in the second half, winning 73-56.
The Wildcats started off well against the pirates ending the first quarter up 12-9. Joey Calcaterra hit a buzzer beater for 3 before the half, putting the lead at 6 (34-28) in favor of the Cats. Some tough defense and turnovers lead to a tough second half for Marin Catholic as they fell to Drake by a final score of 73-56.
