As a staff we understand that tryouts can be a bit intimidating. All we ask is that the girls come in on time, with a great positive attitude and are willing to learn/make changes to their game. There are a TON of things coaches are looking for outside of current volleyball skill (although this is very important). Coaches are looking for great teammates, communicators, effort givers, listeners, etc.
