Monsignor Sheeran Honored at Seton Hall University

Marin Catholic's Monsignor Robert Sheeran was honored at Seton Hall on June 20 when their newest building, Bethany Hall, was named after him. Monsignor has a long history with Seton Hall, where he graduated with his bachelor's degree in 1967 and later returned for a 30-year span of priestly services and 15 years as president.

During his time at Seton Hall, Monsignor has enriched countless lives and has made a singular and historic impact on the life and progress of Seton Hall.

The new building will serve as a multipurpose space for both visitors and students, which will include meeting rooms for campus events. Monsignor Sheeran requested that the new welcome center be named Bethany Hall, after the Biblical village where Mary, Martha and their brother Lazarus received Jesus into their home, as a place of friendship and community.
