Plans to Reopen at Full Capacity

The Marin County Office of Education has done exceptional work securing vaccination appointments for school employees across the County and was able to meet our high demand of 140 spots so that all employees, including our substitute teachers and coaches, could receive their first dose on March 6.

We have also received formal approval from the County of our updated Site-Specific School Protection Plan which reflects our move to mixed cohorts and four feet distancing in our classroom.

We are now ready to begin the next steps toward moving beyond the hybrid. In order to ensure, the safety of all, we will be taking this staggered approach to our return:

March 16 (Tuesday):
all Seniors back on campus 4 days/week with all other divisions remaining in the two big cohorts (note: Monday, March 15 is a local holiday).

March 22: add in all Frosh 4 days/week with Sophs and Juniors remaining in the two big cohorts.

March 29: add in all Sophs and Juniors, which means all students back on campus in mixed cohorts.

Easter Break runs from April 2-April 11. We plan to go back to distance learning the week after break and then return in full to on-campus learning again for everyone on April 19.
