MC Sisters Show Up for Women's Volleyball Tryouts
There was excitement and disbelief in the air when Sr. Maria Catherine and Sr. Clare Marie made a surprise appearance this week to try out for women's varsity volleyball. Both Sisters are avid volleyball fans and had been planning to try out for quite some time.
Coach Jake Spain led the girls and Sisters in warm ups and drills. The Sisters felt confident in the supportive atmosphere that the girls provided, and agreed that it was indeed a wonderful experience. Even if they don't make the team, the Sisters hope to support women's volleyball by getting to some games this season.
