Sailing Finishes Strong
The Sailing Cats finish 3rd overall out of 27 in Richmond!
The Wildcats excelled this past weekend at the NorCal 5 and NorCal 6 “Little Daddy” Regattas in Richmond! On Sat., after getting the gun (1st place) in one of the races and doing well in all 7 of the races, they came in 3rd overall for the Regatta, out of 27 teams. Keilah Stypulkoski and Gabriella von Esmarch were skippers, and Miriam Rogers was crew. On Sunday, Gabriella and Keilah switched off being skipper and crew and came in 2nd overall- Sooo close to 1st (Saint Ignatius), if it hadn’t been for a debatable penalty and taking a precautionary 360! They got a gun on Sundays well- always exciting, and did well in all 7 of the races.
