The Annual Fund is the cornerstone of Marin Catholic's fundraising efforts. Marin Catholic relies on the entire school community--current parents, alumni, alumni parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends--to support MC through the Annual Fund each and every year.

Marin Catholic requests all parents of incoming students to make a multi-year pledge of support to the Annual Fund. This ensures a known level of support for programs each year and helps keep tuition increases to a minimum. Every family’s financial situation is unique and MC is sensitive to the financial constraints of families receiving tuition assistance. The hope is that all families provide donations of varying ranges and sums. The school seeks 100% participation from families; each and every gift is essential and enables us to provide all MC students with the highest quality education built on the pillars of faith, knowledge, and service.

Tuition revenue alone does not cover the full cost of an MC education, leaving an approximate $3,400 per student gap. Marin Catholic depends on the generosity of its community to provide unrestricted, tax deductible dollars to the operating budget, impacting everything at MC:
  • Helping MC meet its most urgent needs
  • Providing support for faculty, staff, including curricular and professional development
  • Enhancing programs in the arts and athletics
  • Keeping the lights on
  • Allowing Campus Ministry to offer life-changing student retreats in all grades
  • Funding tuition assistance
...and so much more!
