    Fall Sports Begin

    Fall Sports have varying start dates with the first ones beginning on Monday, August 9. Please contact your coach ASAP with any conflicts or questions.     Freshman Orientation Day

    • Drop off: Please drop off your son or daughter in front of the gym. All students will meet out in front of the gym promptly at 8:00 am (you do not want to be late!).
    • Dress Code: All students should wear an MC polo shirt and appropriate casual jeans, pants, shorts, or skirts.
    • Lunch: Lunch will be provided by Epicurean (our food service company). Students are welcome to bring water bottles if they’d like.

    College Project Due - Seniors

    Seniors, your College Project is due on this day. If you have not completed the assignments yet, please review the College Project Presentation and Assignments Part II & III and submit them today.

    Freshman, Sophomore & Transfer Performing Arts Info Night

    Families of freshman, sophomore and transfer students involved in performing arts classes and/or interested in participating in extracurricular productions are invited to attend the Freshman/Transfer Information Night.

    Freshman, Sophomore & Transfer Mandatory Athletic Info Night

    Families of freshman, sophomore, and transfer students playing a sport are required to attend the Freshman/Transfer Information Night. The meeting will take place on Zoom.

    Picture Day for Freshman, Sophomore and Junior Students

    This will be the first Litury Dress day of the year. Please be sure to follow the dress code.

    Seniors: Christian Service Hours DUE (100 Hours = 75 PIN and 25 other)

    Must have a total of ​100​ documented hours:  75 PIN hours (minimum) including completion of the 50 Hour Project; remaining 25 PIN or support hours.  If hours are not completed, you will be placed on AD (academic disqualification).

    All School Mass: Mass of the Holy Spirit

    Join us as we pray for the Holy Spirit to bless our school year.  This Mass calls to mind the power and work of the Holy Spirit in our lives and in our school.  Our celebrant is Fr. Ginter.  There will be a time of fellowship for our guests after Mass in the gym foyer. 
    Please note that this is the first Liturgy Day Dress of the school year.

    Freshman Student Social

    You won't want to miss this! The freshman class social will take place this Friday evening, August 27 from 6:30-8:30pm outside in freshman hall. It is a wonderful way for our new students to get to know their classmates here at MC. Please note that this social is for freshman students only. Our peer advisors will be present to welcome the Class of 2025.
     
    Event: Frosh Social
    Date: Friday, August 27
    Time: 6:30pm - 8:30 (doors close at 7:00 and re-open at 8:15)
    Location: Frosh Hall (entrance near the Grotto steps)
    Cost: $5.00 with a canned food item; $7.00 without a canned food item
    Theme: Luau
    Attire (Dress Code): Hawaiian shirts encouraged (no tank tops or midriffs.) Grass skirts are permitted if worn over leggings or shorts at least mid-thigh. All bottoms must be at least mid-thigh. No low cut or revealing tops.

    Senior College Night for Parents

    SJPII Student Center
    This event is for parents/guardians of seniors. Counselors will review the application process, finding the right fit school, FAQs, and how to work with your child to help them through the process. The meeting will be held in the SJPII.
