  Thank you for considering joining the Men’s and Women’s Cross Country team! The Cross Country team is always looking for new members who are interested in learning how to race, being part of a team atmosphere and becoming more fit.

  
  

  Summer Information 

  Interested incoming members of the team should strive to run 3 times per week in June (3 miles each time), 4 times per week in July (4 miles each run), and 5 times per week in August (5 miles each run). 
  
  

  Season Timeline

  Cross Country is a fall sport with the season beginning in early August, 2026.

  


  Program Overview

  • All cross country team members participate in every meet of the season! 

  • The team experience is co-ed, men and women practice together and support each other. 

  • Cross country athletes plan team runs and breakfast meals on weekends to build a social team atmosphere. 

  • The cross country team usually enjoys one overnight trip during the season to an Invitational meet.
