Who: Tolkien Senior Seminar students will have first preference and if available, open to all other students.

What:  Please join Ian and your classmates for a very special event in San Francisco.  You'll meet at MC at 4:15pm and carpool into the city for dinner at Max’s Opera Cafe. Following a delicious meal, you'll walk right over to Davies for the main event!

 

Lights, Camera, Music!: Watch this very special film on the big screen at Davies Symphony Hall as the scores are performed live by the SF Symphony. A Hobbit and companions set out on a journey to destroy the powerful One Ring and save Middle-earth. Hear the Oscar-wining score like never before as the Symphony performs this fantastical adventure live-to-picture. You'll be back at MC by 11:15pm.
