Congratulations Izzy Landry ‘24 on taking first place at the Sea Otter Classic, Women’s 15-16 Cat 2 XC race!
This tough, 20 mile cross country mountain bike race in Monterey was part of the 2021 Sea Otter Classic, the world’s largest cycling festival and cycling’s North American season opener.
It is often the first chance high school team riders get to compete with riders from around the country and, in many cases, from around the world in front of tens of thousands of visitors.
This was Izzy’s first time competing in the race and she did us proud!
