4 MC Wildcat LAX Players Selected to Represent the Northern California Chapter at the 2014 US Lacrosse National Tournament

Congratulations to Kate Graham (1st), Ashley Hill (1st), Caitlin McCarthy (1st), and Jackie Cooney (2nd) who tried out and were selected this past weekend to represent the Northern California Chapter at the 2014 US Lacrosse National Tournament.  70 girls were invited to try out based on their skills and stats and 3 MC sophomores were chosen to be on the team!

 

Since its inception, this tournament has grown into one of the largest women's lacrosse events in the nation. The 2014 National Tournament (NT) will be played at Cedar Lane Park in Bel Air, MD, over Memorial Day weekend. Good Luck Lady Cats!!!!

 

In addition, a special good luck to sophomore Kate Graham who has been selected as one of 8 girls from all of Northern California to try out for the new U-19 Team for USA and the 2015 World Cup, set to take place in Edinburgh, Scotland, next summer. Tryouts are in July, good luck Kate!
