  Season Timeline

  Women’s Lacrosse is a spring sport, beginning in early February.
  
  

  Practice Information
  We will practice daily, Monday through Saturday each week through the end of the season in May.

  All players interested in participating should be prepared to commit to this schedule.  

  
  

  Be prepared to run!  Lacrosse is a running sport!

  
  

  Student-athletes should come prepared with:

  Running shoes/cleats

  Goggles

  Stick

  Mouthpiece 

  Pinnie

  Combination Lock: Locker rooms are available to secure your gear. 

  
  Communication
  

  If you have a winter sport conflict, please come down to the field and communicate directly with me.
