  MC 9th Grade Football - Class of 2028

  On behalf of our entire football staff, I would like to say congratulations, and invite you to be part of the Marin Catholic Football Family! 

  Marin Catholic Football is more than just a team; it's a family. As a member of this family, you will be part of one of the most successful high school football programs in California. Wins and losses are a by-product. We believe that success isn't just about winning games; it's about the 

  journey of becoming an outstanding individual and team member both on and off the field. We focus on developing the overall student-athlete, instilling the character and work ethic that leads to greatness both on and off the field. 

  Frosh football is a great way to start your high school career socially. Every year, roughly one-half of the frosh players are new to the game of 11-man contact football. For this reason, WE DO NOT CUT PLAYERS FROM OUR TEAM. Talent and/or experience are not requirements. Come out this summer and join the tradition of greatness. This is more than just about playing football; it is about life lessons and instilling lasting habits learned through the process of football. 

  Being a multi-sport athlete is also encouraged, as it provides a richer experience and helps prevent burnout. If you have other summer sports commitments, let us know and we'll work with you to make it work. 

  Summer Schedule: Mark your calendars for Monday, June 17th, when summer practice begins. We have scheduled vacation breaks: 

  · June 27th through July 8th (return July 9th) 

  · July 26th through August 4th (return August 5th) 

  We understand that plans may already be in place. Let us know when you might be absent, and we'll make it work. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact our Frosh Head Coach Dallas Hartwell.
