We have enjoyed sharing our MC Community with you through our virtual admissions events. If you missed our past events, there are still opportunities to learn more about Marin Catholic through our additional and newly added upcoming virtual events. These events are not required and families may register for one or all virtual events. Take a look below and sign up!

Join us for a casual Q&A with Principal Chris Valdez

We will be hosting a casual Zoom meeting on Thursday, November 12 at 6pm.  This meeting will allow families (parents and students are welcome!) to ask Mr. Valdez directly, anything that they may still have questions about. Join us for five minutes or stay the whole time!  Please come with questions, there will be no formal presentation.

The Student Perspective: A Zoom Call with MC Students! Various dates

These Zoom meetings are geared toward 8th grade students, but parents are welcome as well.  Chat directly with MC students to get to know our community a bit better.  They will answer all of your questions!  Don’t miss out!

Admissions Office Hours - Various Dates in February

Meet with an admissions representative!  Register for a Zoom meeting and have a one on one conversation with Janie Rockett, Director of Admissions or Marianne Hill, Admissions Associate. These will be 20 minute sessions and a chance to get all of your questions answered.

Virtual Student Life Information Session

Prospective parents will have an opportunity to learn the details of the MC Academic Philosophy and experience demonstrations of our instructional and assessment practices. After hearing an academic overview from the Administration, parents will attend three sample class sessions facilitated by Marin Catholic teachers. This event is a great hands-on introduction to the Marin Catholic academic experience and an opportunity to meet some of our excellent teachers. Registration required.

 

Virtual Student Panel

Open to all 8th graders interested in MC!  Join a panel of Marin Catholic Students for a virtual student visit event. We would like to give 8th grade students the chance to speak with current Marin Catholic students about their high school experience. A panel of 8 to 10 MC students who participate in all sorts of activities on campus will chat with 8th graders and answer all of their questions.  Don’t miss this opportunity to have small group discussions with our current students. These events are only available to those who register. Space is limited.

President Tim Navone, Principal Chris Valdez and Director of Admissions, Janie Rockett invite you to join us to learn about our school’s academic philosophy and mission.  Tim Navone will speak about the long history and rich traditions of Marin Catholic and Chris Valdez will discuss the academic program at Marin Catholic and give you information about our instructional practices and curriculum. These live events are intended for parents only and only available to those who register. Space is limited.
