Season Timeline
Both men’s and women’s water polo are fall sports, beginning in early August.
Program Overview Water Polo is a fast-paced and exciting sport. It’s a great way to make new friends while getting in shape. We welcome both experienced and new players. Additionally, we welcome MC athletes with no fall sport who want to stay in shape for their sport’s season.
Strength and Conditioning Over the summer and during the season, new and returning players will have two days a week designated to train with MC’s outstanding Strength & Conditioning Coach, Malek Banoun. This is a great way for incoming players to meet the team and get in shape for the first day of practice.
Summer Training In addition to Strength and Conditioning, all players are encouraged to participate in one of Marin's Water Polo Club's during the summer months. Participation in club water polo is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged as it will provide an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge of the game, develop skills and get a jump on conditioning.
