PROGRAM AND MISSION
The Counseling Program is an essential part of the total education process at Marin Catholic. The department’s mission is to provide support services that assist each student in developing personal responsibility and growth. The counselors work to enhance the personal, social, spiritual and educational development of each student. Emphasis is placed on academic planning, assistance with course selection, decision-making, social development and supporting the college application process.

THERAPEUTIC COUNSELORS
The Therapeutic Counselors provide short-term therapeutic counseling and crisis intervention in collaboration and consultation with the counseling team. They provide recommendations for outside support such as mental health and community based referrals.They are actively involved in other areas that pertain to adolescent health and wellness.
